Who is eligible to join the beta?
Parnas is primarily designed for any brand in the E-commerce domain, as well as Subscription businesses and SaaS companies. Other businesses can also benefit from Parnas, as our default classification taxonomy supports all the most frequent request types (e.g., subscriptions, orders, refunds, account, etc).
What company size is eligible to apply?
Any! We don't set any limits for the companies in terms of size. Parnas is easily scalable and can serve tens or thousands of daily requests.
Is participation free?
Yes! Parnas is free to use during the beta trial period. We can discuss the subscription terms once you are 100% confident about Parnas and ready to use it in production.
Do we need the testing account (sandbox) for beta?
We don't require it, but you can use it if you have one. Parnas is activated using the native Zendesk triggers, which can be easily adjusted to fire only for testing tickets in the production environment.
