What knowledge sources does Parnas support? 

Answer

While setting up the Zendesk integration with Parnas, you can select from the following knowledge sources: 

• Macros (all macros active for the last 30 days).
• Help Center articles (all English articles)

Also, you can upload custom files per category (like PDF, Excel, etc).
